For over 25 years, the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) of the Department of Finance (DOF) has been providing technical assistance through various capacity building programs to assessors and treasurers in the Local Government Units. With the effectivity of Republic Act No. 9646 or the Real Estate Service Act (RESA) and in the exercise of our mandate, the Bureau has been accredited with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Institutional Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Provider to offer training courses to Regional Offices & Local Government Units.

In line with the above, the The BLGF is offering the following Training Courses: (1) The Philippine Valuation Standards- new schedules to be annouced later, (2)Basic Course on Mass Appraisal – Mass Appraisal of Lands, Buildings and Development of Depreciation Tables, (3) Skills Develoment Training on SMV Updating and Conduct of General Revision, (4) Skills Development Training on Real Property Assessment Operations.

Enrollment Process

Registrants will be notified of acceptance or if the training slots are already full.An Acknowledgement Letter will be sent to your email together with payment details.

STEP 3

Upon receiving confirmation of a training slot and payment details, registrants may now proceed with making payments.

STEP 4

After payment, SCAN DEPOSIT SLIP with PRINTED NAME OF REGISTRANT and email to cbdblgf@gmail.com

STEP 5

CBD confirms payment through email & will provide you with participant enrollment number (PEN). Present PEN on the 1st day of the training.

IMPORTANT:
  1. Please check your email regularly.
  2. Beyond maximum number of participants, Registration will no longer be accessed.
  3. Deadline of Registration is 10 official working days before the scheduled training.
