This Bulletin is issued to supplement/modify/amend the provisions contained in the bidding documents as clarified and agreed upon, during the Pre-Bid Conference conducted on January 8, 2016 at around 4:30 p.m., in this Bureau. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents for the “Delivery of Consultancy Services for the Design, Development/Enhancement and Implementation of Information Systems for the Local Finance Management Modernization Project of the BLGF”.
