The Bureau of Local Government Finance, through Executive Director Niño Raymond B. Alvina, Acting Deputy Executive Director Jose Arnold M. Tan and OIC Director Geriebeth G. Dela Torre, participated in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) on 22-24 October 2018 in Dubai, UAE.

As a new institutional member of the IVSC, BLGF established working relations with IVSC and its member countries towards improving the country’s adoption of the IVS 2017 for better real property valuation service delivery for local governments.
