Acting Deputy Executive Director Jose Arnold M. Tan, CESO V formally took his oath as a new board member of the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) representing the government sector in the Philippines. The oath-taking ceremony took place at the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) on 11 January 2019 at the Philippine International Convention Center.

Information Technology Officer III Ma. Florizelda A. Enriquez of BLGF Central Office, has been duly appointed by His Excellency President Rodrigo R. Duterte, as the new Regional Director of BLGF Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR). Regional Director Enriquez formally took her oath on 10 January 2019 at the Department of Finance before the Secretary of Finance, Carlos G. Dominguez. With her assumption of office, BLGF CAR is set to serve the best interests of the people under her jurisdiction.

Director II for Local Government Units Operations Service (LGUOS) Niño Raymond B. Alvina, has been duly appointed by His Excellency President Rodrigo R. Duterte, as the new Executive Director of the Bureau of Local Government Finance. ED Alvina formally took his oath on 07 September 2018 at the Department of Finance before the Secretary of Finance, Carlos G. Dominguez.

ED Alvina’s assumption of office continues the challenge of being an effective leader to an obscure agency overseeing the revenue operations of local governments into a glorious and respected government agency. With his appointment, the Bureau is geared to transform into an efficient, modern, trustworthy, and model agency that public and local governments can count on.
