On 03 June 2019, a number of BLGF Personnel were acknowledged by the Executive Director Niño Raymond B. Alvina for their faithful compliance with Section 18 of Republic Act No. 8491 (Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines) which states that all government offices and educational institutions shall henceforth observe the flag-raising ceremony every Monday morning and the flag lowering ceremony every Friday afternoon.

The following personnel were: (i) Jovito V. Almonte, Jr., Property Appraiser I; (ii) Sofia L. Reyes, Administrative Officer V; and (iii) Ma. Avelina D. Del Rosario, Administrative Aide IV.

Certificate of recognition and small token of appreciation were given to the above-mentioned BLGF personnel for their unfaltering attendance to the weekly Flag Raising Ceremony of the Bureau.
