The Bureau of Local Government Finance welcomes the year 2019 with high hopes of obtaining the certification on the Quality Management System (QMS), with the Top Management leading the setting of direction for the Bureau. To align the perspective of the Bureau’s Officials and Employees with the new set of vision and long-term strategies during the Top Management Planning, a strategic alignment activity was held in Bamban, Tarlac last 27-28 February 2019.

Executive Director Niño Raymond B. Alvina emphasized in his opening message that the two-day activity is an embodiment of the Bureau’s desire for a better service delivery, for self-assessment and an avenue  for one’s improvement.
