Issuance of Certification of No Pending Administrative Case

The service is to institutionalize courtesy, efficiency, and ensure quick or prompt action on certification requested by local treasurers, their assistants and/or other government employees under the Treasurer’s Office of different Local Government Units as supporting document for appointment and / or retirement and travel abroad.

Any local treasurer in the Province, City and Municipality of Region I, who were:

  1. Recommended for appointment;
  2. Applying for retirement; and
  3. Traveling abroad

Availability of Service: Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM except on holidays.

How to Avail of the Service:

1 Client request Certification of no pending administrative case either by walk – in or letter. Accepts walk – in clients and refer to action officer.If it is a letter request, stamp receive and assign to action officer.

Prepare and sign certification.

Countersign Certification before signature of the Regional Director as noted.

Regional Director’s signature.

Attach Certificate to application for retirement / request authority to travel abroad / proposed appointment as supporting document for mailing to Central Office
