Grant of authority to Provincial/City/Municipal Treasurers to pay the Provincial Governors League of the Philippines or the City/Municipal Mayors League of the Philippines as the case may be , the membership fee and annual due of their respective Local Chief Executive out of the General Fund out of the General Fund of the Local Government Units concerned.
