Manila – President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., led the launching of the “Bagong Pilipinas” Kick-off Rally on January 28, 2024, at the Quirino Grandstand. The activity, which was participated in by the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Central Office officials and employees, highlighted the Marcos Administration’s brand of leadership and governance, inspired by the Philippine Development Plan for 2023 to 2028.

In his opening message, President Marcos, Jr., called for a principled and accountable government that will benefit all Filipinos and mandated government officials to eliminate red tape and improve the delivery of government services.
