Manila – Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Administrative, Financial, and Management Service (AFMS) Director Pascualito V. Lapiña, participated in the facilitation meeting with the Presidential Management Staff (PMS), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Information, Communications, and Technology (DICT), and Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), to discuss the launch of the electronic local government unit (eLGU) system on March 20, 2024, and updates on the implementation and processing of eGovPay platform.  

 The said meeting which took place on March 7, 2024, at the 4th floor Conference Room, PMS Building, Malacañan, Manila, explored the possibility of ironing out policies and simulation of the end-to-end integration of eGovPay with the eGov application and eLGU system in response to the call of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. to digitalize all processes of the government.
