Laoag City, Ilocos Norte – Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Executive Director Ms. Consolacion Q. Agcaoili, together with Administrative Division Acting Chief, Ms. Grace Louie M. Boongaling, Local Treasury Operations Division Acting Chief, Ms. Cynthia G. Faurillo, Senior Local Treasury Examiner, Ms. Joan P. Agnas, Treasury Operations Officer III, Atty. Beanca L. Diloy, and BLGF Regional Office I, Local Treasury Operations Officer II, Ms. Catherine B. Gutierrez conducted supervisory visit to the BLGF Regional Office No. III, and spearheaded the composite team from the BLGF Central and Regional Office No. 1 for the conduct of Local Treasury/Operation Evaluations in the Province of Ilocos Norte and Laoag City on March 12 to 15, 2024.  

BLGF Executive Director Agcaoili also paid a courtesy call with Ilocos Norte Vice Governor Cecil Araneta-Marcos and Laoag City Mayor Michael Marcos Keon on March 13, 2024.
