Quezon City – Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Local Fiscal Policy Service Director Ricardo L. Bobis, Jr., participated in the ceremonial signing of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), and Department of Finance (DOF) Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) No. 1 series of 2024 on Public Financial Management (PFM) held on April 3, 2024, at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas Center, Quezon City.  

The DILG-DHSUD-NEDA-DBM-DOF JMC No. 1, series of 2024, on PFM aims to harmonize respective PFM initiatives, policies, tools, and programs, strengthen local governance, and implement an evidence-based approach in service delivery of local government units.
