Puerto Princesa City, Palawan – Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Executive Director Consolacion Q. Agcaoili, advocated the enhanced financial data disaggregation of local government units (LGUs) during the “Training-Workshop on the Proper Encoding of LGU Financial Data on Disaggregated Budget and Expenditures for FY2023-Q4, Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (SRE) and Quarterly Report of Real Property Assessment (QRRPA) Review, Validation, and Uploading of 4th Quarter Report FY2023”, on February 16, 2024, at the Citystate Asturias Hotel in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.  

In her keynote message, Executive Director Agcaoili underscored the need for an enhanced LGU Integrated Financial Tool (LIFT) system to generate granular local finance data for better data presentation and analysis for decision-making, policy development, and to support the implementation of the Republic Act No. 11964, otherwise known as Automatic Income Classification of Local Government Units Act.
