  • Immediate provision of acknowledgement letters to senders (stakeholders/LGUs/general public) of communication especially requests for opinions/rulings on local taxation, requiring further research/study.
  • Preparation of a database of local taxation opinions/rulings classified according to subject matter.
  • Preparation of Memorandum Circulars of local taxation opinions/rulings of similar cases for use as reference of Regional Offices and in responding to communications of equivalent nature.
