b)    Brief Description:

To ensure proper, accurate and complete identification and traceability of incoming documents and timely delivery to proper recipients. This procedure covers the receipt of incoming, classification, recording and delivery to proper recipients.

c)     Availability of Service:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except on holidays.

2 ·      Affix barcode on document/s.

·      Classify documents according to subject.

·      Encode details in the DMAS.

·      Print copy List of Incoming Documents.

3 Deliver physical document/s to concerned recipient/s, except the following:

·      Appointments and Designation (To Administrative Division)

·      LGU Application for CNDSCBC (To LDMED)

Within 4 hours for regular documents.

Within 15 minutes for urgent documents.

No Fees shall be collected for this service.
