Response to Queries and Referrals on Local Taxation, Assessment and Administrative Matters

The service is to institutionalize courtesy, efficiency, and ensure quick or prompt action on queries and referrals or request for legal opinion received from any government official / employee, private person or organization regarding local taxation, assessment and administrative matters.

Any government official / employee, private person or organization can avail of the service.

Queries, referral or request for legal opinion must be in writing and duly signed

Availability of Service: Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM except on holidays.

How to Avail of the Service:

1 Client submits letter requesting for legal opinion, referrals, and queries involving local taxes, assessment and administrative matters.

Stamp receipt and record in logbook and forward to the Regional Director for Notation.

Regional Director assign letter request to Action Officer.

Review and evaluate request and prepare appropriate action.

Review and countersign the prepared action before signature of the Regional Director.

Record the documents before release.

Release the documents for mailing.
