b)    Brief Description:

The Bureau of Local Government Finance is strictly implementing the Government Procurement Reform Act (RA 9184). Sale of Bid Document is open to all interested bidders. Interested parties may purchase Bid Document from the Procurement Unit.

c)     Availability of Service:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except on holidays.

d)    Documentary Requirements:

  1. Authorization in the form of Notarized Authorization Letter or Special Power of Attorney from the owner/proprietor of the business.
  2. Company issued ID card and any National Government issued ID.

e)     Period of Application/Lead Time Requirement/Prerequisites:

None.
