Please be informed that GATES OF TESTING VENUES SHALL BE CLOSED TO EXAMINEES AT 7 a.m. on examination day. Examinees that arrive later than 7 a.m. shall not be admitted.

The following schools are to be used as testing venues for the conduct on December 6, 2015 of the Basic Competency for Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE) and Ethics Oriented Personality Test (EOPT) for the Department of Finance (DOF):

Examinees are advised to observe the following procedures:

  1. Visit and have an ocular inspection of the assigned school/testing venue at least one day before the examination day to be familiar with the school location;
  2. Be at the assigned school early on examination day for the verification and locating of room assignment. Testing venues shall be open to examinees at 6:00 a.m.;
  3. Wear proper attire on examination day (i.e. not in sleeveless shirt/blouse, or in short pants, or in slippers).
  4. Bring the following items on examination day:
    • I.D. card – any of the follwing I.D. cards which must be valid (not expired):
        • Driver’s License;
        • Passport;
        • GSIS I.D.;
        • SSS I.D.;
        • BIR I.D. (ATM type/TIN card type with picture);
        • Voter’s I.D.;
        • PRC I.D.;
        • Postal I.D.;
        • PhilHealth I.D. (must contain the bearer’s name, clear picture, signature and PhilHealth number)
        • Barangay I.D.;
        • Current Company/Office I.D.
        • Current School I.D. (validated for the current school year/semester/trimester); and
        • Police Clearance

      NOTE:

      • The NO I.D., NO EXAMINATION Rule is strictly implemented.
      • Any other I.D. card not included in the above list shall NOT be accepted.
    • Dark Lead pencil/s and eraser/s;
    • Ball Pen/s (Black)
    • Other documents as may be required by the agency (e.g. Admission Pass issued by the agency); and
    • Clear bottled water, or preferred beverage (except alcoholic beverage) placed in clear/transparent container, and/or candies/biscuits, which shall be subject to inspection by the Room Examiner/Proctor. (Packed lunch, if any, shall be surrendered/placed in front of the room.)

Examinees are further advised of the follwing important matters:

      • Use of calculators (except watch calculators, cellular phone calculators, and the like) shall be allowed for the BCLTE.
      • Any aid in answering the test other than calculators , such as books, dictionaries and other printed materials, cellular phones, tablets and any other similar materials/gadgets, is strictly prohibited.
      • Following are other relevant information:

      • The time requried for pre and post examination activities/documentation shall take approximately one hour before and one hour after the test proper.

Finally, bringing of cellular/mobile phones and any other gadgets is not allowed. If brought, these shall be surrendered to the Room Examiners for safekeeping. the concerned examinees shall retrieve the same upon leaving the room.
