MANDALUYONG CITY – The Bureau of Local Government Finance conducted a Midterm Review Mission on Loan No. 3944 PHI: Local Governance Reform Project (LGRP) at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Headquarters, Mandaluyong City last 19 October 2022.

Among the participants of the review mission are the BLGF Project Management Office (PMO), output team leaders and focal persons of the Project Management and Implementation Structure (PMIS), and ADB representatives.

In the said meeting, the BLGF and ADB agreed to submit the Audited Project Financial Statements (APFS) by year-end, conduct simultaneous engagement of the three (3) Valuation Training Centers (VTCs), intensify the campaign on the Real Property Valuation & Assessment Reform (RPVAR) bill, provide updates on the risks encountered during the project implementation through Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs), update the Project Administration Manual (PAM) to include the revised Procurement Plan (PP) and Contract and Disbursement (CAD) projections, and proceed with the project closing date of 31 December 2024, with winding down period until April 2025.

The Midterm Review Mission aims to assess the implementation of the LGRP and apprise the project implementers on the physical accomplishments, ongoing activities, financial performance, and catch-up plans.
