On 12 February 2019, with the support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), selected BLGF officials and personnel participated in a workshop on the development of electronic compendium of opinions, rulings and policy issuances of the BLGF.

The workshop is in line with the BLGF’s thrust to maintain a reliable reference system and to digitize and computerize the Bureau’s issuances from 1993 to the present.

In the message of BLGF Executive Director Niño Raymond B. Alvina, he acknowledged the importance of having an online electronic reference system to guide the BLGF personnel, local treasurers and assessors, and other stakeholders on matters concerning local treasury and assessment operations. He likewise mentioned that the system will improve the efficiency of BLGF in providing public service.
