The Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) announces the nationally ranked Top 10 Performing Provinces, Cities and Municipalities in Local Revenue Generation for FY2020, particularly in the following Performance Areas (PAs):
(1) Highest Nominal Locally Sourced Revenues (LSR); (2) Collection Efficiency (CE) of LSR; and (3) Year-on-Year Growth in LSR.
The list is provided under BLGF Memorandum Circular No. 031.2021 dated 01 December 2021.
The official Certificates of Recognition for the the Top 3 LGUs per category will be awarded by the Central Office while certificates for the remaining top performing LGUs will be distributed and awarded by the Regional Office, in recognition of their invaluable efforts in revenue generation, towards fiscal sustainability, economic growth and better public service delivery.
