As part of instituting continuous development and capacity build-up on local treasury and assessment operations, the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) conducted a training workshop on Real Property Tax Administration (RPTA) System on 08-12 July 2019 at the Bayleaf Hotel, Cavite.
In particular, the training workshop aimed to capacitate the BLGF Central and Regional employees with skills and knowledge on tax mapping operations, records conversion and management, and tax collection system to respond to the needs of local government units (LGUs) in the conduct of RPTA projects.
Atty. Flosie F. Fanlo-Tayag, Deputy Executive Director III, emphasized in her message the importance of a consistent and equitable land value system to strengthen the revenue generation and resource mobilization of our LGUs for an efficient and effective service delivery.
