The BLGF is pleased to disseminate the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Advisory No. 01, s. 2022 for the conduct of the Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE) and Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination (ICLTE) for CY 2022.  

The examinations shall be carried out on the following dates:

The BCLTE and ICLTE are part of the three-level Standardized Examination and Assessment for Local Treasury Service (SEAL) Program of the Department of Finance, through the BLGF, in cooperation with the CSC, pursuant to Department Order No. 053.2016 issued by Secretary Carlos G. Dominguez.
