Contract Title: Supply and Delivery if Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Office Equipment
Dear Madam:
We are pleased to inform that you are officially awarded the right to enter into a contract with the Bureau of Local Government Finance with office address at 8th floor, EDPC Bldg., BSP Complex, Malate, Manila, for the Supply and Delivery of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Office Equipment.
Total Contract Price is ONE MILLIOM EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR PESOS ONLY (Php 1,853,944.00).
A performance Security equivalent to the percentage of the total contract price is required, forms of which are stated in the bidding documents, Section II, Instruction to Bidders, Clause 33.2.
The foregoing document shall be submitted within five (5) working days from the date of receipt of this Notice of Award (NOA).
