In reference to the Department Order (DO) No. 049-2016 dated 05 September 2016 on the submission of the Environment and Natural Resources Data (ENRD) through the Environment and Natural Resources Management Tool (ENRDMT). LGUs with ENRD (“The Users”) shall be guided by the following technical advisory: 

  1. Users shall continue to encode in the ENRDMT version 1.2 using the URL (enrdmt.blgf.gov.ph); 
  2. Users shall use their username and password used in electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (eSRE) version 2.4 (old version of eSRE); 
  3. The following reports must be completed and must have a  “Final” status on or before 30 April 2018: 

  • Annual Reports from FY 2014 to FY 2016; and
  • Quarterly Reports from FY 2017 to 1st Quarter FY 2018. 

 After the deadline of submission on 30 April 2018, the system shall be shut down and will not be available for use until an official advisory is released by this Bureau in preparation for the migration from ENRDMT version 1.2 to ENRDMT version 1.3.
